[~vinoth] if i'm reading this reported GH issue correctly, then described
problem is already addressed – we never hold content AND records at the same
time w/in the Block. We either store one or the other.
I've cleaned up the whole Block hierarchy in
[4333|https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/4333/files] to reduce duplication,
uphold layering b/w different classes, simplified some flows so we should be in
a good shape for now.
