+## Reproduction
+
+Environment: rustc/cargo 1.94.1, Maven 3.8.7, Java 21.0.10, Docker 29.1.3, 
Linux x86_64. Proxy bypass includes localhost/127.0.0.1/::1. Worktree was clean 
after removing generated mutant output directories.
+
+Command: `cd tools/rust-partition-poc && ./verify.sh` (after `cargo fmt 
--all`). Exit code 0; 19 tests passed. This validates only the partition POC 
contract and is not production evidence.
