### Changes
- **src/pages/downloads.md** – new Markdown page with:
- release table for `0.4.300-incubating`,
- signature & checksum verification instructions,
- link to the bleeding-edge `main` branch.
- **docusaurus.config.ts** – replaces external GitHub Releases link with
internal route `to: '/downloads'` in the navbar.
No other build or runtime behaviour is affected.
