This PR adds an end-to-end integration test scaffold for the Quickwit sink connector, following the existing Postgres sink test pattern. Covered: - Container-based Quickwit setup for CI - JSON document ingestion flow - Connector runtime wiring - Index creation via YAML config - Basic indexing verification Note: Local testing on Windows is limited due to Unix-only code paths and Docker instability.
