rand 0.10 renamed the user-level trait from Rng to RngExt (upstream RngCore became Rng). All call sites updated. Notable incompatible bumps: rand 0.10, rand_xoshiro 0.8, darling 0.23, getrandom 0.4, rmcp 0.15, toml 1.0.
