Review Comment:
   integration test - only happy-path JSON covered; missing: Payload::Raw 
non-JSON binary, Payload::Text, include_metadata=false, wait_for_tasks=false, 
existing index with mismatched primary key,
     document_action=update, generated ID uniqueness. The simd_json mutation 
bug (lib.rs 292-306) is not caught by the existing 
raw_payloads_are_base64_encoded_when_not_json test at lib.rs:1154-1167 because 
vec![0,1,2,3]
     fails JSON parse immediately before simd_json mutates anything. Fix: add 
test with near-valid JSON bytes (e.g. b"[1,2,3") to prove base64 fidelity of 
original.
