bootstrap.rs owned the type aliases that almost every other file imports, so the module graph had nine circular dependencies, and two more had crept into http/ with nothing to stop that happening again. Move those aliases into a new shell.rs, which removes eight of the nine cycles (the last one, auth<->dispatch, goes away with the planned login merge). Fix the two http/ cycles, group the lib.rs modules by role, and make everything pub(crate) unless main.rs or the simulator needs it. Add a test that fails the build when a new cycle appears. Also fold the shard_allocator crate into the server (it had no other user) and delete the dead partitions/send_messages2.rs. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
