PostgreSQL send-failure case discussed in #3957: The PostgreSQL source retains staged cleanup or replication-slot advancement after an Iggy send failure so the batch can be replayed safely. However, five consecutive send-failure NACKs still stop the source permanently, requiring a manual restart even though recovery is possible.
