### Description As discussed on Discord in the `#AI` channel the [team-reviewer](https://github.com/apache/iggy/blob/master/.claude/skills/team-review/SKILL.md) skill was recently added in order to move the first review cycle from the maintainers to contributors. Two problems have been discussed: 1. This skill is large and fills limits on e.g. Claude PRO plans. It spawns 4 sub-agents with personas to review and runs verification and validations against those findings spawning two additional agents per 5 claims made by the four personas. 2. For contributors new to the project, the caveman output style can be difficult to read and follow up on. ### Affected area / component _No response_ ### Proposed solution 1. Add a `team-review-small` version that does not consume entire session limits. Keep personas and enforce them to provide evidence. Do not spawn additional validation sub-agents. Instead, final validation is left to the contributor. 2. As proposed by @mmmmxa on Discord: Lean into https://github.com/AminBlg/SimpleEnglish for output instead of caveman. ### Alternatives considered _No response_ ### Contribution - [x] I'm willing to submit a pull request to implement this feature ### Good first issue - [ ] I think this could be a good first issue for a new contributor -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
