## Which issue does this PR address? Closes #4094 ## Rationale The main `team-review` for contributors to review their own PRs or code changes is expensive and can easily exhaust session limits. Also caveman can be hard to read. ## What changed? This PR provides a cheaper version. Provides evidence for claims but skipps the auto-validation with multiple sub-agents.
