I'd like to work on this. My plan is to keep the change scoped to the Python SDK: return the existing StreamDetails, TopicDetails, and ConsumerGroupDetails wrappers from the three create methods, regenerate the Python stub, and extend the existing tests to compare the returned details with a subsequent fetch.
