fix(site): point the homepage Bluesky link at the Apache Iggy account (#98)
The homepage footer links to bsky.app/profile/iggy.rs, which no longer
resolves on Bluesky. The project posts as apache-iggy.bsky.social, which
carried the graduation announcement. One-line change in
src/app/(home)/page.tsx.
