fix(site): use one trademark attribution in both footers (#100)
The homepage has its own inlined footer, and its trademark notice
differed from the one in SiteFooter used on every other page. Both now
read: "Apache Iggy, Iggy, Apache, and the Apache Iggy logo are
trademarks or registered trademarks of The Apache Software Foundation."
The feather logo is dropped: the ASF mark is now the oak leaf, and the
site does not display either.
