docs(site): describe the graduation checklist as a pre-graduation record
(#101)
The Graduation Checklist page has a banner saying Iggy graduated on 19
August 2026, but its subtitle, meta description and overview still
described the project as preparing for eventual graduation, and it still
listed next steps towards proposing graduation. This rewrites the
framing in the past tense and removes the next steps list. The
assessment table is unchanged, since it is dated 31 July 2026 and was
accurate then.
