docs: mark the getting started tutorial as Rust (#102)

introduction/getting-started is written entirely against the low-level
Rust SDK, and its description already says so, but the title and sidebar
label are just "Getting started", which reads as the general entry point
for every language. This changes the title to "Getting started (Rust)".
The URL is unchanged, so existing links still work.
