## Which issue does this PR address? Relates to #3385 ## Rationale Iggy lacked a native MQTT connector plugin, making it difficult to ingest IoT telemetry and event streams directly from MQTT brokers like EMQX into Iggy streams without writing custom adapter services. ## What changed? This PR adds the `iggy_connector_mqtt_source` plugin using `rumqttc` over the `iggy_connector_sdk` C-FFI boundary. It normalizes MQTT 3.1.1/5 packets into Iggy raw messages with metadata headers, micro-batches incoming telemetry, and holds QoS 1/2 broker acknowledgments (`PUBACK`/`PUBREC`) until Iggy server confirms persistence. ## Local Execution - Passed - Pre-commit hooks ran ## AI Usage 1. Which tools? Codex Cli 2. Scope of usage? Generated Functions, Tests 3. How did you verify the generated code works correctly? Manually tested end-to-end with local EMQX broker and Iggy server instance. Human Walkthrough 4. Can you explain every line of the code if asked?
