Master still carried the 0.9.0 release versions, so builds from master looked like the release, and post-merge did not publish edge crates or SDKs. Bump each component by one patch with an edge.1 suffix via bump-version.sh. Java already moved to 0.9.1-SNAPSHOT in #4247. iggy_connector_sdk follows the runtime to 0.5.1-edge.1, although 0.5.0 never shipped. The protocol version becomes 0.11.1.
