A /skill review left the pull request in S-waiting-on-review even when it found real defects, so the PR stayed in the reviewer queue until someone ran /author by hand. The agent now writes flip_author_label, its call on whether the author must act. The poster moves the PR to S-waiting-on-author only when the flag is true and the review shows a critical or warning finding, so nits alone never send a PR back.
