   The Rust client has `SystemClient::snapshot`
(`core/common/src/traits/system_client.rs`), which captures the current system
state as a snapshot. The Java SDK has no `snapshot` method.

   ## What to do

   - Add `SnapshotCompression` and `SystemSnapshotType` enums under
`org.apache.iggy.system`, matching the Rust enums, and a result type for the
snapshot.
   - Add `snapshot(SnapshotCompression, List<SystemSnapshotType>)` to the async
and blocking `SystemClient` interfaces, following `describeOptions`.
   - Implement it in `client/async/tcp/SystemTcpClient.java`. The request and
response formats are in
`core/binary_protocol/src/requests/system/get_snapshot.rs` and
`core/binary_protocol/src/responses/system/get_snapshot.rs`.
   - In `client/blocking/tcp/SystemTcpClient.java`, delegate to the async
client with `FutureUtil.resolve`, following `describeOptions`.
   - Implement it in `client/blocking/http/SystemHttpClient.java`, following
`describeOptions`. The HTTP request is in
`core/common/src/http/system/get_snapshot.rs`.
   - Add a test to `SystemClientBaseTest.java`, which both the TCP and HTTP
client tests extend.

   ## Done when

`snapshot` returns a non-empty result against a running server, and the
tests pass.
