justinmclean opened a new issue, #4458:
URL: https://github.com/apache/iggy/issues/4458

   Split from #4450.

   ## Problem

   The `-g, --global-permissions` and `-s, --stream-permissions` help of `iggy
user permissions` is a copy of the `user create` help
(`core/cli/src/args/user.rs:252-303`). It says "Set global permissions for
created user", and every example runs `iggy user create`.

   ## Proposal

   - Change "for created user" to wording that fits an existing user, for
example "Set global permissions for the user".
   - Rewrite the examples to use `iggy user permissions`, for example `iggy
user permissions guest -g p_msg,s_msg`.
   - Say that the command replaces the full permission set of the user.

   ## Acceptance

   - `iggy user permissions --help` and `iggy user permissions -h` show the new
text and examples.
   - The expected help output in
`core/integration/tests/cli/user/test_user_permissions_command.rs` is updated
and the test passes.
   - `iggy user create --help` is unchanged.
