## Which issue does this PR address? Closes #4465 ## Rationale ASF Infra asks for a timeout on every job, so a hung job can't hold a shared runner slot for six hours, and for schedules off the top of the hour. ## What changed? Twenty jobs had no timeout and the stale bot ran at 00:00. Each now has a timeout-minutes sized from recent runs: 10 for the common checks and detect, 20 for the third-party licence check, 5 for finalize_pr, the PR title check and the auto-publish check, 10 for the stale bot. The stale bot's cron moves to 00:17. The publish dispatcher and release workflows are unchanged. ## Local Execution - Passed: all six workflows parse as YAML; durations came from the last 15 runs of each workflow. - Pre-commit hooks ran ## AI Usage 1. Claude (Claude Code). 2. Measured the job durations from the Actions API, chose the timeouts and wrote the change. 3. Checked the YAML parses and reviewed the diff by hand. 4. Yes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service. To respond to the message, please log on to GitHub and use the URL above to go to the specific comment.
