`cluster metadata` shows Status = healthy for all roster nodes regardless of whether they are running. Stopping a node in a three-node cluster still shows it as healthy on the other two. cluster_meta.rs sets `status: ClusterNodeStatus::Healthy` for every node. ClusterNodeStatus already has Unreachable, Starting, Stopping and Unknown, but nothing sets them. The status should come from what the replica actually knows about its peers (heartbeats or view-change state), or the column should be dropped until it does. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
