Closes #4418 ## Rationale It brings parity with the rust client and allows go clients to retrieve system state via the new Snapshot endpoint. ## What changed? The rust client has a snapshot endpoint that allows clients to retrieve a snapshot of the current iggy state with several compression and state options. This brings the same fucntionality to the go sdk. ## Local Execution Passed - Ran this against a single node cluster with no TLS.
