Pushed 0ee40c6 on top. The SDK drops the `open()` error and the runtime only records "Plugin initialization failed", so the source now logs why it refused to start, the unreadable state included. A new integration test writes an undecodable state file and checks that the source stays down, logs the reason and leaves the file in place. The crate also takes the 0.5.1-edge.1 version that #4315 gave the other connectors. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
