Update the Python pre-merge action to setup-uv v10.2.0, pinned to `c18668ad3cf93ea998bef934396af7bb5c839dc7`. This revision is on ASF's current allowlist and matches the pin already used by the common checks, Python examples and coverage workflows. ## Local Execution - Passed YAML parsing and `git diff --check`. - Verified the previous pin is absent and the replacement is present in ASF's allowlist at `e3e0a2261a9c6d5bdd882802b303f34b1511b6df`. - Verified the upstream v10.2.0 tag resolves to the pinned SHA and the three existing workflow pins match. - `prek run` passed all applicable hooks. ## AI Usage Codex diagnosed the CI failure, updated the action SHA/version comment, and ran the checks above.
