URL: https://github.com/apache/iggy/pull/4610

   ## Which issue does this PR address?

   Relates to #4589

   ## Rationale

Two things the MCP server README doesn't say, found while running one MCP
server per agent on Kubernetes.

   ## What changed?

The README did not say that the offset tools take no consumer argument, or
that the HTTP transport does not authenticate MCP clients.

It now says that `get_consumer_offset`, `store_consumer_offset`,
`delete_consumer_offset` and auto-committing `poll_messages` act on
`iggy.consumer`, so clients that need separate offsets need separate MCP server
instances. It also says that anyone who can reach the HTTP address acts as the
configured Iggy account, and that the default address is local only.

   ## Local Execution

   - Passed: markdownlint with the repo's `.markdownlint.json`. Both statements
checked against `core/ai/mcp/src/service/mod.rs`, `src/api.rs`,
`src/configs.rs` and `config.toml`.
   - Pre-commit hooks ran

   ## AI Usage

   1. Claude (Claude Code).
   2. Drafted the two README additions.
   3. Checked each statement against the source files listed above.
   4. Yes.
