## Which issue does this PR address? Closes #4613 ## Rationale The C++ SDK could authenticate with personal access tokens but could not create them. ## What changed? The token creation bridge in `lib.rs` was commented out and absent from the C++ client. Uncommented the bridge declaration, reused `parse_message_expiry` in `client.rs`, exposed `CreatePersonalAccessToken(name, expiry)` on `IggyBlockingClient`, and added e2e tests covering token creation, duplicate rejection, and login round-trip. ## Local Execution - Passed - Pre-commit hooks ran ## AI Usage 1.
