   Enabling `serde_json/arbitrary_precision` in the dependency graph changes
how `serde_json::Number` uses Serde's generic serialization interface. The
Delta sink's `JsonWriter` forwards that representation to Arrow, which rejects
numeric columns with `expected primitive got
{"$serde_json::private::Number":"1"}`. The PostgreSQL source uses
`simd_json::to_vec` on records containing `serde_json::Value`, emitting the
private number wrapper as a JSON object.

   To reproduce, build the Delta sink or PostgreSQL source with `--features
serde_json/arbitrary_precision` and process a JSON row containing an integer or
floating-point field. Delta writes fail, while PostgreSQL source payloads
contain objects in place of numbers.

   Numeric JSON fields should retain their numeric representation regardless of
which dependencies enable serde_json features.
