## Which issue does this PR address? Closes #4750 ## Rationale Malformed headers could be sent successfully but caused decoding failures when polled. ## What changed? Header serialization now checks key/value byte lengths and fixed-size types before sending. Regression tests cover invalid fields, valid boundaries, UTF-8 lengths, and unchanged wire encoding. ## Local Execution - Linux: 965 unit tests passed. - 99 end-to-end tests and 31 supported BDD scenarios passed. - Lint, build, and applicable hooks passed. - Real-server checks confirmed invalid sends store nothing. - One Mac connection test fails identically on unchanged upstream. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
