IMPALA-4643: Centralize <keydef> tags in separate .ditamap Patch set #2 to bring this gerrit review up to date with subsequent changes to .ditamap file in master.
Also incorporate <topicref> and corresponding <keydef> for SCRATCH_LIMIT query option.
