### Motivation
Change the naming of third-party cluster related classes.
### Modifications
1. Change the ThirdPartyCluster to MQCluster for DataProxy.
2. Change the DataProxyConfig to DataProxyTopicInfo.
3. Change the third_party_cluster.properties to mq_cluster.properties.
4. Refactor some code style.
