### Motivation
Remove the LightGroup-related workflow listener and definitions.
### Modifications
1. Merge `LightGroupXxxListener` into `InitGroupXxxListener` and
`UpdateGroupXxxListener`.
2. Merge `XxxLightGroupWorkflowDefinition` into `XxxGroupWorkflowDefinition`.
### Verifying this change
