Review Comment:
   Compared with SinkMetricData, SinkTableMetricData not only collects the 
metric of each table, but also summarizes the metric of a node;
   So the SinkTableMetricData object is moved to the 
IcebergMultipleStreamWriter class, and the IcebergSingleStreamWriter only 
corresponds to a single table;
