### Prepare a Pull Request - Fixes #7581 ### Motivation Support multiple sink migration for ES sink. ### Modifications 1. support 4 additional options for esloadnode, including a dynamic index-pattern 2.parsing index from canal-json data, and dynamically determining the index to write to 3. added a unit test TODO: 1. table-level metric 2. dirty data 3. runtime strategy+other features ### Verifying this change For now, use the unit test.
