   - Fixes #7833
   
   In the existing process, we fill in the name first, and then select the 
type. But in fact, users should first pay attention to the type, which is more 
in line with usage habits.
   
   As shown, in the new flow, the user first selects the type:

   After selecting the type, the configuration parameters of the corresponding
