Fixes #956
### Motivation
Some users, especially beginners, are confused about the dashboard section
of the user guide. After checking, it was found that the document is not using
the latest version of image resources and the Chinese and English versions are
not consistent.
### Modifications
1. Simplify users understanding of the Inlong dashboard.
2. Updated image resources.
