### Motivation

### Modifications
1. Implement flow control in SortStandalone first to resolve current
frequent alert issues.
2. Enable flow control at the SortTask granularity:
1) Initial buffer size must be 1 data unit upon deployment.
2) After successful data transmission, the buffer size increases to
one-third of the default configuration value (configurable).
3) Trigger SortTask deactivation in the container if sending failure
rate exceeds 50% capacity (configurable), and
failures to scale up within the current minute exceed 10 data units
(configurable). Force shutdown via kafkaClient.closeTimeout (ensuring
time-bound deactivation). Block SortTask reactivation for 5 minutes
(configurable).
