    Fix the seventeen broken screenshots in the Grafana plugin README (#131)
    
    All seventeen <img> tags pointed at apache/iotdb-bin-resources under
    docs/UserGuide/Ecosystem Integration/Grafana-plugin/, and every one of them
    returns 404: that tree no longer exists in the repository, whose docs/ 
directory
    now holds only IOTDB.png.
    
    The same screenshots are still published with the Grafana plugin user guide 
on
    the website, so this repoints each src at iotdb.apache.org rather than 
dropping
    the images. Sixteen keep their filename; add%20empty%20panel.png is served 
as
    add-empty-panel.png there.
    
    Verified by fetching every URL in the file after the change and checking the
    Content-Type: all seventeen return image/png. Note that the site answers 
unknown
    paths with 200 and an HTML error page, so the status code alone does not
    distinguish a live image from a missing one.
