    JCLOUDS-1371: JCLOUDS-1488: optimize fs prefix
    
    This reduces the number of stat calls required when prefix is deep in the
    filesystem hierarchy.  Further optimizations to delimiter are possible.
    References gaul/s3proxy#473.
