ServletExampleTest polled `web:servlet-list` in unbounded `while` loops. When a servlet was never registered (seen with `testWithScr` on macOS in the CI run for #2964), the job hung until the 180 minute timeout. This replaces the loops with a bounded Awaitility wait (60s, 200ms poll). On timeout the test fails with the last `web:servlet-list` output, which should also help find why the servlet is sometimes not registered.
