GHA workflows in incubator-kie-optaplanner still reference actions that are not allowed in apache organization in GitHub. The workflow need to be adjusted to use only core actions, apache hosted actions, or actions explicitly whitelisted (e.g. build-chain in our case). This task should fix the references to the actions (most of kiegroup/kie-ci hosted actions moved to apache/incubator-kie-kogito-pipelines repository) and verify the config by GHA PR checks being properly triggered. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
