This is a WIP PR of migrating `kogito-examples` to Quarkus 3.5.2 - Update `before.sh` and java files for jbang. - Run `before.sh` to generate `0001_before_sh.patch` - Fix manual patch - Apply patches - Update `2.0.0-SNAPSHOT` to `3.0.0-SNAPSHOT` Note: `mvn clean install -DskipTests` still fails. Main causes are: A) ``` [ERROR] Failed to execute goal io.quarkus:quarkus-maven-plugin:3.5.2:build (default) on project trusty-tracing-quarkus-devservices: Execution default of goal io.quarkus:quarkus-maven-plugin:3.5.2:build failed: A required class was missing while executing io.quarkus:quarkus-maven-plugin:3.5.2:build: io/quarkus/devconsole/spi/DevConsoleTemplateInfoBuildItem ``` This happens with `kogito-quarkus-examples/trusty-tracing-quarkus-devservices` and many examples under `kogito-quarkus-examples` (e.g. `serverless-workflow-examples/serverless-workflow-annotations-description`). I have no idea about this issue at the moment. B) If `kogito-runtimes` is built with spring-boot `2.6.6` (currently it's downgraded in the kogito-runtimes PR : https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-kogito-runtimes/pull/3291 ) , examples under `kogito-springboot-examples` hit compilation errors. If `kogito-runtimes` is built with spring-boot `3.0.5`, the error will not occur. Because compilation fails, I haven't even run tests yet. <details> <summary> How to replicate CI configuration locally? </summary> Build Chain tool does "simple" maven build(s), the builds are just Maven commands, but because the repositories relates and depends on each other and any change in API or class method could affect several of those repositories there is a need to use [build-chain tool](https://github.com/kiegroup/github-action-build-chain) to handle cross repository builds and be sure that we always use latest version of the code for each repository. [build-chain tool](https://github.com/kiegroup/github-action-build-chain) is a build tool which can be used on command line locally or in Github Actions workflow(s), in case you need to change multiple repositories and send multiple dependent pull requests related with a change you can easily reproduce the same build by executing it on Github hosted environment or locally in your development environment.
