Jenkinsfile.remove.branches fails to find hub cli, similar problem is in Jenkinsfile.release.prepare. It will be the case also after * apache/incubator-kie-issues#768 so this is complementary task. Reason is this kind of jobs is using plain ubuntu labels, not the kogito-ci-build image where everything is readily available.
