`kn workflow quarkus deploy` command does not print the app URL to console
log.
The only way how to get URL is to get it from deployed services details with
the command `kn service list ${SERVICE_NAME}`.
If you used SonataFlow plugin, there is no url printed to console log. You
have to get it from deployed services details. For example `kn service list
${SERVICE_NAME}`.
