Create a WebApp for the Jobs Service deployment that: - Provides a landing page - Explain more about the Jobs Service - Provide links to the docs - Show the jobs in the database - Include logo, version, etc. The package will be similar to the WebApp we have for [SonataFlow deployment](https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-tools/tree/main/packages/sonataflow-deployment-webapp).
