As we agreed, we're going to proceed temporarily moving
`kogito-swf-{builder,devmode}` images to `kie-tools`, for Apache KIE 10. I'm
going to close this PR and move the issue to `kie-issues`, so we can track it
at the KIE level, not only on this repo. Please @fantonangeli send a PR to
`kie-tools` once https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-issues/issues/1001 is
done.
