After Apache KIE 10 is released, we can remove the temporary copies of
`kogito-swf-{devmode,builder}` from `kogito-images` and `soantaflow-operator`
from KIE Tools.
- `packages/kn-plugin-workflow` will then fix its dependencies to the 10.0.0
release.
- `kogito-swf-{devmode,builder}` in `kogito-images` will fix its
dependencies to the Quarkus Dev UI to the 10.0.0 release; and
- `kogito-serverless-operator` repo will reference `kogito-images` the way
it used to.
