Review Comment:
   The availability check is to check if the CRD is installed in the 
**cluster**. So, if one installs the operator anywhere, the CRD will be 
available. 
   
   Despite installing in a single namespace, [scrapping is available in the 
whole 
cluster](https://github.com/prometheus-operator/kube-prometheus/blob/main/docs/monitoring-other-namespaces.md).
 It's up to the user to manage it. That's why we won't manage a thing, just 
create the monitor if all the planets align. 😅
