The lack of case sensitive check for[ excluded
headers](https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-kogito-runtimes/blob/main/quarkus/extensions/kogito-quarkus-serverless-workflow-extension/kogito-quarkus-serverless-workflow/src/main/java/org/kie/kogito/serverless/workflow/openapi/OpenApiWorkItemHandler.java#L49)
(headers that are not in the headers map) might lead to this kind of
exception
`Caused by: org.apache.http.ProtocolException: Content-Length header already
present`
