Mostly a cleanup patch.
It tries to keep a consistent and logical ordering among parameters inside
the phreak algorithms.
For example using context objects as the first parameters, then adding
simple objects and finally primitive values.
Among the objects it tries to keep a consistent ordering - like
ReteEvaluator before ActivationsManager.
